Elizabeth Newman is Professor of Anthropology and Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at University of Texas at Arlington, USA. Elizabeth has published more than a dozen articles and a monograph, Biography of a Hacienda (2014), which won the James Deetz Award from the Society for Historical Archaeology.
