With a passion for helping others realize their best selves, Jenn DePrizio founded DePrizio Leadership Group in 2023 to support non-profit organizations in building healthier workplace culture and to support staff through leadership development. Prior to this, Jenn spent more than twenty years leading audience-centered program development and interpretive strategies in art museums across the country, most recently as the Chief Learning Officer at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Previously, she held the following leadership positions: director of visitor learning at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston; education specialist for public teaching programs at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles; assistant curator of education at the Worcester Art Museum in Massachusetts; and director of education at the Vermont Historical Society. She also taught the foundational museum education course in Tuft University’s Graduate Museum Studies program for six years. Jenn’s work as a top performing museum leader and her recent education enables her to fully understand the complexities and challenges of leadership today. After completing a nationally recognized coach training program, she has received the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, and earned an Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Certificate through Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. She draws on her deep understanding of the nuance of leading to her current practice of leadership coaching and training. Her passion for teaching and supporting leadership growth within the museum field continue through individual and group coaching, and by leading sessions for industry conferences and communities: American Alliance of Museums, National Art Education Association, Midwest Museum Association, MuseumNext, Association of Art Museum Interpretation, and Museums as Progress.
