Michael L. Jones is Senior Lecturer in Music at the University of Liverpool, UK. He is programme director for two MA programmes: Music Industry Studies and the Business of Classical Music. He is a member of Liverpool City Council’s Beatles Legacy Group. He has been a songwriter for a considerable time and has released 20 albums, mainly with Latin Quarter.
