B. Sebastian Reiche

B. Sebastian Reiche is a tenured professor of People Management at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and he has been recognized as one of the world’s leading 2% of scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier. His work has been widely covered by media and practitioner outlets around the globe, including The Economist, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and the BBC. He has served as Head of the People Management department, Associate Director of Faculty, and Academic Director of the Program for Management Development. He teaches extensively in open-enrolment executive programs, and has designed, directed, and delivered customized Executive Education programs for numerous global organizations, including ACS Group, Allianz, Allied Irish Bank, Boehringer Ingelheim, Deloitte, Salesforce, and SAP.
