Fabio Cereda holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of São Paulo. He specialised in international organisations and the domestic determinants of foreign policy. As a career diplomat, he has served in roles at Brazil’s embassies in Washington, Lisbon, and Bogotá. He served as the Editor in Chief of Carta Internacional journal from 2006 to 2012, the official journal of the Brazilian International Relations Association.
