Jorrit de Jong is the Emma Bloomberg Senior Lecturer in Public Policy and Management and Director of the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University. His research and teaching focus on making the public sector more effective, efficient, equitable, and accountable. As Academic Director of Ash Center’s Innovation in Government Program, he cofounded the Innovation Field Lab, the Organized Crime Field Lab and the Human Trafficking Field Lab and developed the Collaboration Track of the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative.
