Martijn Groenleer is Professor of Public Governance, Academic Director of the Tilburg Center for Regional Law and Governance, and Program Director of the MSc in Public Governance, all at Tilburg University, Netherlands. A Research Fellow at the Ash Center at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, he co-founded the Organized Crime Field Lab and Human Trafficking Field Lab. His specialty focus areas include regional collaboration, public innovation, and performance measurement.
