Tauri Tuvikene is Professor of Urban Studies at Tallinn University. He is an author and co-editor of three edited collections with three more forthcoming, including Post-Socialist Urban Infrastructures (2019), Decolonial Approaches to Urban Transport (2020) and Language and Space (2020).
