Billy J. Stratton is Associate Professor of Native and Indigenous Literatures and Storytelling in the Department of English, University of Denver, USA. He is a liason to the Cheyenne and Arapaho Council and a Fulbright alumnus. He is the author or volume editor of two scholarly books, and his writing has appeared in the Arizona Quarterly, Transmotion, Weber, Rhizomes, the Los Angeles Review of Books, Journal of American Culture and Red Ink, as well as creative pieces in Time, Salon, The Hill and Cream City Review, among others.
