Olga Hrynkiv is postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at Tilburg University, the Netherlands, where she also earned her PhD. She holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from Central European University in Budapest. Her research examines the intersection of energy law and international economic law, examining how digitalization shapes regulatory strategies in energy markets. With expertise in international trade regulation and cross-border collaboration, Hrynkiv’s work contributes to policy discussions on sustainability, economic sanctions, and the balance between state discretion and international legal standards.
