Shari Lee, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Division of Library and Information Science at St. John’s University, USA. She holds an MLS with a concentration in children’s services as well as an advanced certificate in school library media. Lee served as the SJU/DLIS School Library Media Program Coordinator and Advisor and Convener of the DLIS Youth Services and School Library Media Advisory Board from 2011–2017. She currently serves as the Youth Services Program Coordinator and Advisor.
