Description
An Introduction to Polish has been written for the complete beginner. In the course of twenty lessons, the student is introduced to about 800 Polish words of basic vocabulary, and elements of Polish grammar. Vocabulary and structures are presented and reinforced systematically in simple, specially composed texts. It explains in practical terms the relationship between sound and symbol.
Familiarity with the preliminaries presented here will get the beginner off to a good start, and should lead naturally to further study using one of the more advanced courses.
