Biography

Judith Lin is a fellow at the Fortunoff Video Archive for Holocaust Testimonies at Yale University, USA. She is a writer and researcher of the Sephardic Holocaust experience. Judith completed her PhD in 2017 as a Rachel Winer Manon Jewish Studies fellow at the University of Virginia. After many years working with survivors, Judith developed listening strategies that relied on trust, multilingualism, and co-created memory. Her work combines analysis of oral testimonies with archival papers and collected writings in Ladino.
