Linda Porter is the critically acclaimed bestselling author of six books on the Tudors and Stuarts. She has a D. Phil in History from the University of York. Linda reviews regularly for the Literary Review and BBC History Magazine, and frequently appears on TV talking about Mary Queen of Scots, Charles I, Henry VIII’s wives and Charles II’s mistresses. She was the historical consultant for Lucy Worsley’s BBC series Six Wives and BBC2's The Boleyns: a scandalous family.
